TabaHub privacy basics
Google account identity
Account creation and sign-in use verified Google accounts. TabaHub may process the account identity details required to authenticate a user, connect invitation status, and place the user into onboarding or an authorized workspace.
Workspace records
Operational records, workspace membership details, invitation status, audit events, and account settings are processed so members see only information they are authorized to access.
Use of information
Information supports authentication, workspace membership, operational recordkeeping, auditability, service protection, reliability, and customer-requested workflow coordination.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of records entered into TabaHub and for determining legal, tax, labor, and tobacco obligations applicable to their own operations.

Platform operations
